Ford TPMS Reset

All Ford models from 2013 onward have TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System). After any tyre replacement or rotation, the Ford TPMS system requires a reset — otherwise the warning light stays on permanently.

Ford TPMS reset methods vary by model:

• Indirect TPMS (older models): Reset via the vehicle information menu in the instrument cluster — press and hold the button while driving over 25mph
• Direct TPMS (2018+ Focus, Kuga, Puma, Mach-E): Requires a TPMS diagnostic tool to read and reset each sensor
